Friday, February 20th- Georgia Day
**Your child may wear a Native American or Colonial costume this day. The pillowcase costumes we made at Thanksgiving are perfect to wear! Please send a sack lunch on this day. We will be eating lunch in the room. The parade begins at 8:45. Parents are welcome to attend!
Friday, February 27th- Non-uniform day
Monday, March 2nd- Dr. Seuss day- Your child may bring in their favorite Dr. Seuss book to share with the class or dress up as a Dr. Seuss character if they would like, this is not mandatory simply just a day for a little fun and remembering Dr. Seuss and how important reading is! :)
Friday, March 6th- Field trip to school play (Remember to send in your order form if you plan to attend)
Friday, March 13th-20th- Spring Break
Monday, March 23rd- Students return to school

Special sounds: R blends- Tr (Also focusing on "ar (Star), ay (pay), and oo (tooth)" Please review these special sounds at home as well.
